OmegaX is an independent informational website that organizes publicly disclosed securities transactions attributed to U.S. federal lawmakers. Use of this site is subject to these terms. If you disagree, do not rely on or use the site's information.

Third-party data and official sources

Displayed information is aggregated, normalized and filtered from third-party internet datasets and underlying public disclosure filings. Our current third-party data provider and the two official government reporting portals are identified on the Data Sources page. We do not represent that every record has been independently verified. When available, source links appear in the trading table.

Delays, limitations and corrections

Disclosures are not real-time stock trades. A transaction may be filed weeks after execution. Reports can be incomplete, amended, duplicated, inaccurately parsed or attributed, or represent trades of a spouse or dependent. Reported dollar ranges generally cannot establish exact share quantities, entry prices, profit or current ownership. Verify material facts using the official filing before making decisions.
